For contractors on QuickBooks Online
PaidUp reads the invoices your crew already earned, writes the reminder in your company's name, and flags vendor bills that do not add up. Filing alerts and the Monday summary stay with you.

These figures load with the fictional books in demo mode. They are not a customer result.
How it runs
01
Point PaidUp at a QuickBooks Online company. The connection is read-only. A demo workspace can load fictional books instead of a live file.
02
Reminders sit in a queue with the balance and a pay link. Test mode sends them to you, with a [TEST] subject, until you approve the wording.
03
The weekly summary is off until you ask for it. Then it lands in your inbox: collections, aging, bill flags, and filing windows.
On the desk
A note before the due date, on the day, then firmer as the invoice ages. Each tier sends once. A zero balance ends the sequence.
Duplicates, a unit price more than 10% above the last one, and math that does not tie. You get a credit draft. Vendors are not emailed for you.
Days left against the cited rule in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. The alert goes to you, never the customer.
Held amounts stay on the desk. When you mark the job complete, the reminder asks for the retainage, not the whole invoice again.
One note for the owner. What came in, what is late, which bills look wrong, and which windows are inside 30 days.
A customer opts in. Messages go out between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in their zone. STOP ends them. Demo mode never calls a carrier.
For the crew
PaidUp is for the contractor who invoices from QuickBooks and still has retainage, a filing date, and a supplier bill to reconcile. It is not a collections agency and it does not write back to the books.
Retainage
Record the percent on the invoice. The desk totals what is held and what is ready because the job is marked complete.
Filing window
PaidUp counts days left and writes to you at about 30 days and 10. This is not legal advice. Confirm the date with an attorney.
Vendor bill
A repeated amount or bill number, a price jump, or a line that does not add up becomes a flag with an estimated overcharge.

No. It reads customers, invoices, and vendor bills. Payments, credits, and edits stay in QuickBooks. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens and asks Intuit to revoke the refresh token.
Not while test mode is on. Those copies come to you. After you pick a plan, turn test mode off, and approve the first batch, the next reminder uses the email on the invoice.
Before a live send, the balance is read again. A lower balance rewrites the note for what is left. A zero balance skips the send. If that read fails, the reminder waits.
Only the workspace owner. Customers never receive lien language. The count follows the statute cited on the invoice, and it is a reminder to you, not a legal opinion.
Tier 1 is one QuickBooks company and 500 live reminders a month. Tier 2 is three companies and 2,000. Tier 3 is ten companies with no monthly cap. Extra codes stack up to tier 3. Sample companies do not count toward the cap.
Demo mode loads fictional invoices, bills, and filing windows. Reminders stay in the Outbox.
